2. Ordering Process

By placing an order you confirm that all information provided is correct. You will receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock issues, technical errors or suspected fraud.

3. Pricing and Taxes

All prices are in Euros (€). The seller is not a VAT payer. VAT is therefore not charged on the prices shown. Prices may change without prior notice. The price valid for your order is the one displayed at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to Slovenia and all European Union countries. Shipping costs are shown in the cart and at checkout. Delivery times are 3–10 business days after full payment (longer for pre-orders). Delays caused by courier services or customs are not our responsibility.

5. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. The product must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Full details are available in our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Warranty

All products come with a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, modification or accident.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grownest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or force majeure.

8. Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access or engage in any activity that could harm Grownest or other users.

9. Personal Data and Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia and applicable EU regulations. Any disputes shall be settled by the competent court in Celje, Slovenia.

12. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be published on the website and will apply from the date of publication.
