When will I see the first sprouts?
Most herbs sprout within 7–14 days, with your first harvest ready in 3–6 weeks — depending on the variety and conditions.
Do I need an app?
No — Grownest Lite is completely standalone. App control is available on our Lux and Pro models.
What if the pump seems noisy?
Try a quick power cycle and check the water level. If it continues, reach out — your 24-month warranty has you covered.
Which accessories (Type R or Type S) does Grownest Lite use?
Grownest Lite uses the smaller Type S accessories (Baskets-S, Sponges-S, Domes-S, Stickers-S, etc.).
Our larger Lux and Pro models use the bigger Type R.
All the necessary Type S accessories are already included in the Lite package.
