Thank you for shopping at Grownest. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and our procedures for returns, refunds and exchanges on grownest.eu.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

Under EU consumer law you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • unused and in the same condition as received
  • undamaged
  • in its original packaging (including all accessories and manuals)

2. How to Start a Return

Please contact us first at info@grownest.eu and include:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name and address
  • Reason for return (optional)
  • Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)

After approval you will receive return instructions and the correct return address.

3. Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

We cover return shipping costs only in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged or defective product upon arrival
  • Manufacturing defect

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 3–7 business days to the original payment method. The original outbound shipping cost is not refundable.

5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or wrong item, we will gladly send a replacement at no extra cost. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used or show clear signs of use
  • Items damaged by the customer
  • Custom-made or personalised products (if any)
  • Returns after the 14-day period without prior approval

7. Damaged Items During Delivery

If the package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the outer packaging and the product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

8. EU Consumer Rights

This policy complies with EU consumer protection laws (including the Consumer Rights Directive) and applies to all customers in the European Union.
